John Lloyd Cruz (JLC) has always been my most admired actor of all time. I would cut pictures of him in newspapers, magazines, or wherever and collate it in an album with everything about him in it. It was what i call my “bundle of joy” back then. (*embarrassing*) It was his “tabing ilog” days when i started to admire him as an actor and as a boy with so much personality that never fails to amaze you. Even before he wasn’t that famous and wasn’t a blockbuster king, he just made an impact on me by just simply being…John Lloyd (hihi). There was never an instance where i would miss any of his shows or movies. I was a fangirl to the 10th power. I’ve always wanted to meet him in person but i never had the chance…not until i graduated from College. My first work with an ad agency became the key to my lifelong dream! Truly, there is time for everything. And i mean, perfect timing.
The person i was imagining him to be over the past years did not disappoint me. He is exactly how i thought he would be—humble, kind, with a great sense of humor and not to mention, to-die-for looks. Even though i know he will not remember me anymore, or maybe he would, as “some girl” from the set who does the off-cam work. I thought that was the end. I thought that was the first and last time. I was wrong. My bbb who also works for an ad agency who had a project with him had this all set-up just for me. :P It just simply made my day.
So…just for the sake of answering, I LOVE YOU TOO <3 ;)
